Suzanne Ware has been a practitioner of yoga for over 40 years. Suzanne wanted share her experience of the joy and benefits of yoga with her friends so she signed up for the Kitaido Yoga teacher training with Jean Pierre and started a class on her back patio. Eventually, she went on to earn a Master Teacher certificate in Deep Healing Yoga and began teaching studio classes and her students followed. Now, 15 years later her practice has evolved into a gentler style, and because some of her students must use chairs to continue their practice she became a certified Chair Yoga teacher to support their needs.
